Since the recession started, bars, restaurants and hotels were seen as high risk businesses to energy suppliers and many have found suppliers requesting financial deposits from them to be accepted as a customer or at contract negation stage.
There has been a softening of this approach in the last couple of years and many in the hospitality sector have been able to change supplier or agree better terms with their existing supplier without deposits needing to be paid.
P2B feel the time is right to now bring a large group of businesses in the hospitality sector to negotiate better rates than they are currently paying, as suppliers should now see this sector as secure and attractive customers.
The group is growing steadily and P2B would expect these contract offers to be available for acceptance for contracts starting in the 1st May 2017. The buying power of many will help get better rates and an update of the annual savings the group will receive as a whole will be updated shortly.
